A Board Member who Be-leaves

A little levity, as we all have had board members that were looking for a creative way to leave, whether it’s their time or they knew they weren't producing…So we had the latter, and he knew the big adios was coming, so he beat us to the punch and resigned.

The awesome-sauce was what was said... and I swear this is a quote and not paraphrased:
"Last night I prayed and Jesus came to me in a vision and said I should resign."
In my NFP days, I ran a youth-development organization. So I asked
"Jesus? Creator of the world…? Told you to resign?"

"Yes."

Never heard from him again.
